Job Title: Sales Executive – Share Market
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives)
Job Description
We are looking for passionate and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in the Share Market/Stock Market segment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, a good understanding of financial products, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell share market-related products and services to clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and client networking.
- Explain investment options, trading platforms, and offers to customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with stock market trends and company offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in sales (preferably in the financial or stock market sector).
- Education: Any graduate (Finance or Commerce background preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Shift: Fixed Day Shift
- Working Days: 6 days a week
