Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Meet quality, productivity, CSAT, and compliance metrics.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
