Join as a Customer Support Executive
Hiring Alert – Customer Support Executive (Voice + Chat Process)
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a leading customer support process. The role involves handling customer queries through calls & chat while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls & chat support professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, delivery & app issues
• Maintain proper call records and follow quality standards
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
• Meet daily performance targets & KPIs
Eligibility Criteria:
• 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Basic to good English communication skills mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Details:
• Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24×7)
• Female Candidates: Between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM rotational shifts
• 9 working hours including break
• 6 days working with rotational week off
Salary:
• Freshers & Experienced: ₹10.5K – ₹15.5K + Performance Incentives
