Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage and grow the digital presence of multiple company brands. The ideal candidate should be creative, AI-aware, proactive, and capable of working on content, brand visibility, lead generation, and online engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage social media profiles for multiple company brands

  Create, plan, and publish engaging content for social platforms

  Build and maintain brand presence across digital channels

  Support lead generation through social media activity

  Work on content strategy for fintech, hiring, and AI-related businesses

  Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions

  Monitor audience engagement and improve online reach

  Assist in creating AI-focused digital content and web app ideas when required

  Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice

  Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices

Required Skills

  Strong social media management knowledge

  Good content writing and creative thinking ability

  Understanding of digital branding and online growth

  Interest in AI tools and AI-assisted workflows

  Basic understanding of lead generation

  Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks

  Good communication and ownership mindset

  Experience in fintech, hiring, SaaS, or digital marketing is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
