Job Description
Manage and maintain the Shopify eCommerce website on a daily basis.
Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor website performance and ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
Process and manage customer orders, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for product availability and stock updates.
Track inventory levels and ensure products are always up to date.
Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers on the Shopify store.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Generate sales and performance reports using Shopify analytics.
Optimize product pages for SEO and improve online visibility.
Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and product launches.
Handle basic customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
Ensure website content, banners, and collections are updated regularly.
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
Stay updated with Shopify features, apps, and eCommerce best practices.
Maintain accurate records of website operations, sales, and inventory data.
Ensure timely resolution of website-related issues and coordinate with technical support when required.
Perform any additional eCommerce operations assigned by the management.
