Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation/Post Graduation.
• Overall 3+ Years of experience in FMCG Sales.

The key responsibilities for this role would include:

• Leading, supervising and controlling his team of DSRs for the implementation of the growth agenda in the area through the opportunities addressed by:

 - Key Geography

  -Key Channel partners

  -Sales Infrastructure & processes

• Planning & Organizing
• Executing the Agenda (Focus Areas & Enablers, Annual Plan) Setting objectives (Targets at monthly level)
• Field Review Meetings Driving process parameters
• Executing trade programs and trade inputs (schemes etc.)
• Leadership & Team management Coaching the salesmen
• Performance Management, Learning & Development of the team Relationship Building
• Review and Analytics
• Analyzing Area Performance
• Touring by objectives Review of Focus Areas
• Responding to competitive environment

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Channel Partner Management
• Coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
