Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Cocosto Design Studio is expanding its portfolio with Gomico, a specialized platform focused on technical upskilling and professional certification. We are looking for a high-energy, street-smart Field Executive to lead our ground activation and partner onboarding in Indore.

In this role, you will be the face of our new product, responsible for driving user growth and expanding our network of technical partners through direct field engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Field Engagement: Visit 40–50 designated partner locations daily across Indore to introduce the Gomico platform.
• User Onboarding: Conduct live demonstrations of the application and assist partners with the digital registration and verification process.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with local SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) to ensure long-term platform engagement.
• Promotion: Distribute and manage physical branding materials (posters/QR codes) at partner sites.
• Data Reporting: Track daily outreach activities and user feedback via our internal CRM.
• RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with a strong "hustle" mindset are highly encouraged).
• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and local dialects; ability to explain digital products simply.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps and navigating via GPS.
