Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food Production Specialist to manage and supervise the manufacturing of pickles, papad, badi, and other traditional food products. The candidate should have hands-on experience in factory operations, raw material handling, food preservation techniques, production planning, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production of pickles, papad, badi, and related products.
- Supervise raw material procurement, sorting, washing, cutting, and processing.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of raw materials such as mangoes (kairi), spices, and other ingredients.
- Monitor salting, curing, mixing, drying, oiling, and packaging processes.
- Maintain product quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Train and supervise production workers and machine operators.
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, packaging, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records and inventory usage.
