We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage **end-to-end recruitment cycle** (sourcing to onboarding)

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

* Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback

* Post jobs on portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, and social media platforms

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

* Handle offer roll-out and onboarding formalities

* Ensure smooth joining and documentation process

* Support HR operations like attendance, employee engagement, and exit formalities

### **Required Skills:**

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques

* Basic understanding of HR processes and policies

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Proficiency in MS Excel

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

* MBA / BBA in HR or related field

* Prior experience in recruitment (especially in BFSI / Fintech)
