Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure services remain available and reliable. The individual actively supports the lifecycle of service management, addressing any issues that arise to maintain client satisfaction and mitigate risks. Daily activities include coordinating with various teams to resolve operational challenges and ensuring that all production systems and devices function optimally to support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in documenting processes and maintaining accurate records of service management activities.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in managing and optimizing data storage and retrieval within cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and system performance.
- Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance requirements in data management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system metrics and support decision-making processes.
- Capability to work with various data management tools and collaborate effectively with IT operations teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
