About UsRevolution is a well-established, 6-year-old multi-concept dining destination in Surat, spread across three vibrant floors:

• Ground Floor – 50-seater café
• First Floor – 48-seater speakeasy bar
• Second Floor – 48–50-seater rooftop

PositionChef – Western & Italian Cuisine (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present high-quality Italian and Western dishes (pizzas, pastas, risottos, grills, continental mains, etc.) consistently across all three outlets
• Manage kitchen prep, portioning, and plating standards during service
• Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and presentation as per brand standards
• Ensure hygiene, food safety (FSSAI), and kitchen cleanliness at all times
• Control wastage and assist with inventory, indenting, and stock management
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
• Coordinate with the kitchen team and train junior staff as needed
• RequirementsProven experience as a chef in Italian/Western/Continental cuisine (café, bar, or fine-dining background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pastas, pizzas, sauces, grills, and continental cooking techniques
• Ability to handle high-volume service across multiple floors
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Immediate availability is a strong plus
• Salary & Benefits₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
