• Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting systems
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support senior accountants and finance managers in various tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
