Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager with 3–4 years of experience in IT sales to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts

Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

-3–4 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or B2B sales of ERP ,SFA, DMS, HRMS, CRM

-Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, etc.)

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

-Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

-Proficiency in CRM tools 

Preferred Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field

-Experience in handling enterprise or mid-market clients
