Job Location: Dewasnaka, Indore

Experience Required: 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data handling, and documentation is mandatory.

Job Objective

To manage, maintain, and analyze organizational data effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth documentation processes to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and documentation of records.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
• Collect and compile data from various departments for analysis.
• Identify discrepancies in data and take corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and data filing systems.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Qualifications

• UG / PG (any stream) with relevant MIS experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with qualification in Computer Applications (BCA, MCA, or equivalent) will be preferred.
