Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of branding, activation, exhibition, and experiential marketing projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management, project execution, budgeting, and team coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of retail branding, activation, exhibition, and experiential marketing projects.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors for branding, events, fabrication, and OOH campaigns.
• Plan, monitor, and control project budgets from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project planning, production, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Communicate project timelines, priorities, and progress with internal teams and clients.
• Allocate work efficiently across teams and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of branding materials, media, fabrication techniques, and activation elements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational processes.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office and related business applications).
