Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient workflow, timely project execution, and optimal resource utilization. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations across departments (creative, marketing, client servicing, production).
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure smooth execution of media campaigns and projects within deadlines.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Project & Client Coordination
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues and client escalations promptly.
4. Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Introduce tools and systems for better workflow management.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
5. Financial Oversight
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and profitability of projects.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the finance team for reporting and forecasting.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
