Job Title: Packaging & Inventory Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0-2 years
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)
About EatNack
EatNack is a fast-growing food/snack brand in Indore focused on quality, hygiene, and quick delivery. We’re expanding our operations team and looking for a detail-oriented person to handle packaging and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:-
Packaging & Quality Control
Pack finished products as per company standards and hygiene norms
Ensure correct labeling, batch no., MFG/EXP dates, MRP
Check packaging quality, seal integrity, and weight accuracy before dispatch
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in packaging area as per FSSAI norms
Inventory Management :
Daily stock entry of raw materials and finished goods in ERP/Excel/Sheets
Track inventory levels, flag low stock, and coordinate with purchase team
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly physical stock verification
Minimize wastage, damage, and expiry through FIFO/FEFO method
Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and returns
Dispatch & Warehouse
Prepare pick lists and coordinate with delivery/logistics team
Ensure proper storage of goods - temperature, stacking, pest control
Maintain cleanliness and safety in warehouse area
Requirements
10th/12th/Graduate. Diploma in supply chain is a plus but not mandatory
0-2 years in packaging, warehouse, or inventory role. Freshers with good attitude welcome
Basic computer skills - MS Excel/Google Sheets mandatory
Good eye for detail and numbers
Physically fit to lift 10-15 kg and stand for long hours
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
Hindi + Basic English. Marathi is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in FMCG/Food industry
Knowledge of FSSAI, food safety norms
Experience with Tally, Zoho Inventory, or similar ERP
