Product Sales Manager-NR-RETAIL NR-NRI Acquisition Centre
The Product Sales Manager-NR will play a crucial role in the bank's retail business, focusing on Non-Resident (NR) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer acquisition. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the team to excel in sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The manager will work closely with the department's leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring the team's success and the bank's growth.- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target NR and NRI customers, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and other bank departments, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct and customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills, keeping them updated with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, targeting NR and NRI audiences effectively.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a positive and timely response.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems to track and manage sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
