Job Description
Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Commercial Real Estate Location: Indore
Udaan Realty Private Limited is looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to identify and onboard commercial office spaces available for lease across Indore.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits across Indore to identify commercial office spaces available for lease.
- Meet property owners, builders, and brokers to source new inventory.
- Collect property details, photographs, floor plans, and ownership information.
- Update all sourced properties in the company's CRM and database.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with property owners regarding availability and pricing.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date property inventory for the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with property owners and channel partners.
- Requirements:1+ year of experience in real estate sourcing or field sales (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork across Indore.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
