Job Description

  • Very Good Communications Skills
  • Can Convince Clients over calls for Meeting & Presentation
  • Should be comfortable with Travel for Client Meetings & Property Site Visits.
  • Should Hand Pressure Situations
  • Should be able to meet Targets.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them updated about company products and services
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends
  • Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
