Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, data, and digital platforms.
Explain company services related to stock market advisory and investment solutions.
Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Handle client queries regarding trading and investment services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into business.
Maintain proper client database and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with research and support teams for better client service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Positive attitude and client-handling capability.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA / BBA / Any relevant qualification.
