We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products such as Demat accounts, insurance policies, SIPs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on suitable investment options, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
- Performance Management: Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals, KPIs, and individual performance.
- Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day tasks, workflow, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Inspiring, encouraging teamwork, and creating a positive work culture.
- Coaching & Development: Mentoring team members, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between management and team members, including conducting huddles and meetings.
- Problem-Solving: Resolving conflicts, overcoming hurdles, and decision-making during difficult phases.
- Resource Allocation: Ensuring the team has necessary tools and effectively distributing workload
Key Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identifying new leads, engaging prospects, and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing plans to meet or exceed revenue goals, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections and finalizing sales contracts to secure deals.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Researching competitor activities, tracking trends, and submitting regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
