Front Office Receptionist cum Biller

Reports to: Cafe Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist cum Biller to join our cafe team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and processing bills and payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner

- Process bills and payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments

- Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and payments

- Manage the cafe's phone system, answering calls and responding to messages

- Provide information and answer questions about the cafe's menu, promotions, and events

- Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
