Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle student and parent queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Explain course offerings (CA Foundation & Inter) clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with leads and assist them through the enrollment process
  • Resolve doubts, concerns, and issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Coordinate with academic and internal teams to ensure smooth student experience
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM regularly
  • Build trust with students to improve satisfaction and retention


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (spoken & written)
  • 03 years of experience in customer support / telecalling / counseling
  • EdTech or education industry experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of CA courses is preferred
  • Good at handling conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to handle student queries calmly
  • Graduate in any stream
