Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the office and showroom.
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers to clients professionally.
- Maintain customer records and manage sales data in Excel.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in lead generation activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic office communication.
- Support administrative and front-office tasks when required.
