Job Title: Telesales Executive (Credit Card Sales & Referral)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives (Credit Card Sales & Referral) to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Credit Cards through telecalling and by building a strong referral network. Unlike typical sales roles, we focus on consistency and quality rather than high-pressure monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers over the phone to explain the features and benefits of our Credit Cards.
• Referral Sales: Build and maintain a network to generate leads through personal and professional references.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend the right credit card product that suits their lifestyle.
• End-to-End Coordination: Assist customers with the application process, document collection (KYC), and follow-up until the card is issued.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. (Prior experience in BPO or Sales is a plus but not mandatory).
• Skills: * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of how credit cards work.
• A positive attitude and a "never-give-up" mindset.
• Ability to convince and influence people politely.

• Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month + Incentives.
