Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can handle inbound & outbound customer leads and convert them into confirmed cab bookings. The candidate should be confident in communication and have experience in telesales, preferably in travel or cab services (like CabBazar, Savaari, etc.).
Responsibilities:
* Call and convert customer leads into bookings
* Explain cab packages, pricing, and services clearly
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally
* Follow up with interested customers to close sales
* Maintain daily call and sales records
* Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of telesales experience with achieving Targets
* Experience in travel/cab industry is a plus
* Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + Good English)
* Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
* Basic knowledge of CRM / calling tools
Salary & Benefits:
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
