As a Relationship Officer, you will be the face of our bank, representing our Loans Against Gold department. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored gold loan solutions. You will play a crucial role in promoting our gold loan products and services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
• Promote and market our gold loan products to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis for customers, offering personalized loan solutions and advice.
• Process and manage gold loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide relevant and timely advice to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for the Loans Against Gold department.
• Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to represent the bank and build our brand presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold loan products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
