Aapka main role staff ko supervise karna, cash counter aur billing manage karna, customer service aur food quality maintain karna, hygiene aur discipline ensure karna, daily reports aur inventory monitor karna, aur owner ke saath coordinate karke restaurant ke SOPs follow karwana hoga.
