Job Description
Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, supervising employees, maintaining inventory, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
