Job Description
Role Overview
Sales Executive का main काम company के software को clients को समझाना, demo देना, cold calling करना और deals close करना होगा।
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. 📞 Cold Calling
Daily नए (new) और पुराने (old) data पर calls करना
Interested clients को identify करना
पुराने pending leads को follow-up करना
2. 📅 Daily Planning & Reporting
सुबह office आकर:
Daily call schedule बनाना
Target set करना (आज कितना achieve करना है)
Daily report देना:
कितने calls किए
कितने demos दिए
कितने interested clients मिले
Expected sales
3. 📊 Data Handling
New और old numbers की proper tracking रखना
हर client की detail update करना (interest, जरूरत, budget)
Pending sales की पूरी जानकारी maintain करना
4. 💻 Demo & Sales (Updated)
Clients को software का demo देना (Call / WhatsApp / Meeting पर)
Software के features clearly समझाना
Client की requirement के हिसाब से solution बताना
Demo के बाद deal close करने की कोशिश करना
5. 💬 WhatsApp Follow-up
Interested clients के साथ regular WhatsApp follow-up रखना
Demo videos / information share करना
Timely response देना और client engagement बनाए रखना
