Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Algo Software through telephonic communication, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients.

- Explain features, benefits, and usage of Algo Software to customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

- Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.

- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Good knowledge of computers and software products (preferred).

- Prior experience in telecalling or software sales will be an advantage.
