About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.

Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to clients.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and propose relevant solutions.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
