Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be a key player in our growth, responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. Your main duties will include:
- Lead Management: Handling inbound leads and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their energy needs and challenges.
- Site Surveys: Conducting on-site assessments to evaluate potential solar installation locations, gather technical data, and identify specific client requirements.
- Quotation & Proposal Generation: Preparing detailed and accurate solar proposals, including system design, energy savings projections, financial analysis, and pricing.
- Commercial Discussions & Negotiation: Presenting proposals to clients, addressing their concerns, negotiating terms, and closing sales successfully.
- Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new solar technologies.
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy sector or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and gather relevant technical information.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals and quotations.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
