Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have worked in a Share Market Advisory, Stock Broking, Equity Advisory, Commodity Advisory, or Financial Market Advisory Company.

Experience from BPO, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Telecom, Education, FMCG, Retail, or any other non-share-market industry will be strictly rejected.

Must have handled a team of advisors/sales executives on the sales floor.

Must have proven experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong understanding of Equity, Commodity, Derivatives, and Stock Market Advisory products.

Candidate should be able to provide target achievement records and team performance details.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the complete sales floor operations.

Monitor team productivity, conversions, revenue generation, and client acquisition.

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate advisory sales teams.

Ensure strict adherence to company sales processes and compliance policies.

Conduct sales reviews, performance tracking, and coaching sessions.

Develop strategies to improve conversion ratios and revenue generation.

Coordinate with management for business growth and target planning.
