Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and confident Sales Manager who can handle architects, builders, and contractors with consultative selling skills. The role requires strong communication, project understanding, and the ability to provide situation-based solutions instead of aggressive sales pitching.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with Architects, Builders & Contractors
Generate leads from ongoing construction projects
Conduct client meetings and explain solutions professionally
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals
Coordinate with site/project teams for smooth execution
Requirements
3–4 years experience in Construction / Building Material / Real Estate sales
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to handle technical and design-related discussions
Strong network in Indore construction market preferred
Own vehicle required for local travel
