Master Trainer – Summer Tech Bootcamps

Through our state-of-the-art live streaming platform, we deliver premium, interactive tech education directly to our partner preschools and computer institutes nationwide.

We are gearing up for our flagship Summer 2026 Bootcamps launching very soon, and are looking for dynamic, passionate, and tech-savvy educators to lead our live sessions.

• Position Overview
• Role: Master Trainer (Summer Bootcamps)
• Programs to Deliver:
• 1. Little AI Inventors (Classes 1 to 5) – Visual coding, introductory AI, logic building, and hands-on creative tech.
• 2. Next-Gen TechPreneurs (Classes 6 to 12) – Advanced AI, programming logic, web development basics, and technology-driven entrepreneurship.

Duration: Short-term contract (Summer Batch starting soon) with opportunities for year-round extension.

• Format: Live Online / Studio-based Streaming (Broadcasting to multiple partner centers simultaneously).

Key Responsibilities

• Live Delivery & Engagement: Conduct high-energy, interactive, and engaging live-streamed classes for batches of young learners.
• Age-Appropriate Instruction: * Simplify complex AI and computational thinking concepts into playful, story-based learning for the Little AI Inventors cohort.
• Facilitate structured coding projects, computational logic, and entrepreneurial ideation for the Next-Gen TechPreneurs cohort.
• Interactive Management: Keep students active and focused through our live streaming interface, using quizzes, gamified challenges, and live Q&A.
• Project Mentorship: Guide students as they build their capstone projects (e.g., automated stories, basic AI models, or tech startup pitches).
• Feedback Coordination: Work closely with the SSi Digital operations team to track student progress and assist partner centers with student evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Background: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA/MCA, B.Tech, or a related field (or equivalent practical coding experience).

• Domain Knowledge: * Familiarity with block-based programming environments (like Scratch or MIT App Inventor) and introductory AI concepts.
• Basic understanding of text-based languages (like Python) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English with a warm, energetic, and highly expressive speaking style. The ability to switch to friendly Hindi (Hinglish) to explain tough concepts is highly valued.
• Screen Presence: Comfortable being in front of a camera. High-energy, animated, and capable of maintaining a "vlogger-style" engaging atmosphere that keeps kids hooked.
• Infrastructure (For Remote Trainers):
• Access to a high-speed, stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload/download), a premium HD webcam, a high-quality external microphone, and a quiet, well-lit workspace.
