Creation Design Studio is an interior design firm specializing in complete turnkey interior projects. We manage everything from client coordination and site visits to quotation, execution, and final handover.

Job Role Overview

The executive will handle incoming leads, visit client sites, understand requirements, prepare and explain quotations, and coordinate with the execution team to start and manage the project.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle incoming interior & turnkey project leads

  •  Call and qualify clients before site visits

  •  Visit project sites and understand client requirements

  •  Coordinate with the design/execution team for cost estimation

  •  Prepare, explain, and negotiate turnkey quotations

  •  Close deals and initiate project execution

  •  Coordinate between client, vendors, and site team

  •  Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution

  •  Maintain lead, site visit, and closure reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  •  Strong communication and client-handling skills

  •  Basic knowledge of interior materials, execution process & turnkey workflow

  •  Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and quotations

  •  Confident in site visits and client meetings

  •  Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, and basic reporting

  •  Sales-driven mindset with execution understanding

Experience

  •  6month–1 years experience in interior execution / turnkey sales preferred

  •  Freshers with site exposure may also apply
