  • Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome customers politely, provide menus, and introduce specials.
  • Taking Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff. 
  • Serving Food and Drinks: Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature. 
  • Customer Interaction: Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally. 
  • Processing Payments: Prepare bills, handle cash or card payments, and return change as needed. 
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Clear and reset tables, clean dining areas, and assist with general hygiene and safety standards. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, other servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
