Youngovator Education Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative education company where we train students in Robotics, AI, Coding, 3D Printing, Future Technologies and 10+ advanced skill-based courses.
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with parents, explain our programs, and help students start their learning journey with us.
Job Role: Telecaller
Location: Indore
Work Mode: Work From Office
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Explain Robotics, AI and other courses to parents & students
- Convince parents about the benefits of future-tech education
- Generate leads and maintain follow-ups
- Maintain proper call records and database
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Positive and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle parents professionally
- Experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred
