About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call activities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
