Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Make polite but firm phone calls to existing customers and retailers to remind them of pending dues and ensure timely payment collection.
• Call customers to take new orders for pulses, grains, and Dev Bhoomi Rice, and confirm delivery details.
• Answer basic customer queries over the phone and maintain a good relationship with our regular buyers.
• Maintain a daily log of calls made, orders taken, and payment promises received.
• Assist the team with basic, day-to-day shop tasks and administrative duties when call volumes are low.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent speaking skills in Hindi (knowledge of local Indori dialect is a plus).
• Must be comfortable and confident speaking with shopkeepers and wholesalers regarding payments.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or collection (prior experience in a Mandi or wholesale shop is a huge bonus).
• Basic knowledge of operating a smartphone, WhatsApp for business, and maintaining simple written records.
