🧾 Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls.
- Provide accurate information about company products/services
- Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
✅ Requirements
- Graduate/Undergraduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; local language is a plus)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
