Telecaller Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer information in the database.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (Freshers), ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Experienced)
