Telecalling Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the role of UM Specialist / Telecalling Executive to support customer engagement and user onboarding initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with users, explaining platform benefits, handling telecalling activities, and ensuring effective communication with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with potential and existing users through outbound and inbound calls

* Explain company services, offerings, and platform benefits to customers

* Convince and guide users through the onboarding process

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions

* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested users

* Update and maintain accurate customer interaction records

* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support

* Achieve assigned engagement and onboarding targets

Skills Required:

* Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi

* Good convincing and negotiation abilities

* Basic understanding of customer engagement and telecalling processes

* Ability to handle customer conversations professionally

* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

* Basic computer and Google Meet knowledge preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

* Prior telecalling/customer support/sales experience preferred

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Working Days & Timings:

* 6 Days Working

* Standard working hours as per company policy
