SModi Infrasteel Pvt. Ltd. is a growing name in the PEB industry, delivering high-quality industrial and commercial steel building solutions across India. We are currently looking for a skilled and result-oriented Project Engineer (PEB) to handle execution and coordination of our ongoing projects across Haryana.

▪ Role Overview:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for complete execution and coordination of PEB projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth communication between site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

▪ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete execution and supervision of PEB projects at site

• Study and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection details

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

• Monitor erection progress, sheeting work, alignment, and finishing activities

• Plan manpower, materials, and daily work schedules at site

• Maintain DPRs, billing records, material tracking, and project documentation

• Ensure safety standards and quality control at site

• Resolve technical and execution-related challenges efficiently

• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion

• Attend client meetings and provide project updates regularly

▪ Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• 3 to 10 years of experience in PEB project execution (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of steel structures, erection sequence, and site coordination

• Experience in industrial, warehouse, and factory building projects

• Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Self-driven attitude with problem-solving ability

• Willing to relocate or stay at project site as required

▪ Preferred Profile:

• Candidates with experience in reputed PEB companies

• Exposure to heavy structures, multi-span buildings, and fast-track projects

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
