Job Description
Following is the job responsibility for the Project Manager/Civil engineer.
Project Coordination - you are required to take care of the activities under this head as and
When required. A brief description but not limiting to as listed below
1. Daily monitoring the overall progress of the project in holistic manner
2. Coordinate among the various agencies involved in the project
3. To monitor the cost of the project
4. To monitor the schedule of the project
5. To highlight any deviations in terms of cost, time & quality
6. To maintain documentation of the project related to key decisions
7. To ensure that the information is passed on to all the relevant participants
8. To update the office team on the project progress
9. To attend meetings with the clients, contractors, consultants etc. and prepare MOM of the meetings with circulation to all concerned
10. To ensure correctness of the drawings as per client’s requirement and good engineering practices.
11. Comparison of commercial quotes.
12. Checking and verification of contractor’s bill.
13. Completion process of previous project.
