Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment who will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Publish job openings on various job portals and platforms.
• Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate interview feedback and selection status to candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
