Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain project details, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and offers to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Update customer information and call status in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure updates.
