Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to job seekers from provided data.
- Explain job openings (Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.) clearly.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
- Convince candidates to attend interviews and complete onboarding.
- Follow up with interested candidates until joining.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and joining targets.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
